What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your gear  for any reason, you may return it unused, within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund excluding shipping fees. We will cover the cost of return shipping for orders being returned within the US.

Bundle Returns

If you are returning only part of a bundle, email us instead of using the Returns Center.

If you are returning an entire bundle, use the Returns Center.

International Returns

Note: Tortuga stopped accepting international (non-US) orders on January 1, 2019. We will honor return policies and warranties on all previous purchases. Read about that decision and sign up to be notified when we re-launch internationally. In the meantime, you can use a  forwarding service.

Please note that we cannot pay for international return shipping.

For international returns, we will not accept customs charges. Mark your package as "Goods Returned Under Warranty" before sending.

To initiate a return on an international order, email us and we will provide you with the correct return address.
